Shamrock in Irish and since this boy is from Ireland I felt it suits. For he's been moved on at least 4 times it's been shown in his passport. And I figured he has found his luck. Slowly slowly he will come back to life. Not some mechanical used dog. For the exploitation he's going to learn all about feelings here and what to do with them. That's my aim. 20/05/2024 poor Boli is struggling. As if today all his body hurts. Not specific to his abdomen, and he's very low. His fevers controlled. He's had pain relieve again this morning as Rosa attends him. Bloods running and we will do an x-ray just in case as precaution. Boli is fighting infection somewhere in his body. His wife cells have soared, which took me to my first negative thoughts of masses. But after xrays haven't seen any. Of yet. It's something never ruled out where greyhounds are concerned. For now he remains on a drip. Antibiotics flowing and no fever. Feeling sore and low he's hospitalized for now. Update 31/05/2024 today Boli had a bath and is squeaky clean. Lights on candles burn bright for Boli today. Update 05/07/2024 Boli has had my concern recently looking very poor, and I really felt he should have gained condition by now. So having redone bloods and leishmania again being negative. He has come back with his thyroid quite low and has now begun treatment. So it's here we're hoping to see some change for him. 🩷
